Structural Performance
Built for mid-rise residential buildings, our ratings far surpass the required standards, often achieving Architectural Window quality grades even when a Commercial Rating would suffice. Unlike other manufacturers, our windows are tested and rated in fully assembled units to the CW PG65 standards.

Exceeding mid-rise standard requirements in the AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440 testing.
3X Water Leakage Protection
Passes high-rise ASTM test E331 and ASTM E547 at 12.11 psf of pressure, achieving 3 times the required CW penetration resistance.
4X Air Infiltration Resistance
Passes AAMA test E283 at 6.27psf, achieving 4 times the CW standard.
Design Test Pressure:
Our profiles are reinforced with .078″ (2mm) steel, 40% thicker then standard uPVC. Providing extra strength with ASTM E330 design pressure at ±65.16 psf (3120 Pa)

Fall Prevention
All our operable windows are built for large multi-family buildings with integral NYC Dept of Health approved limiters to uphold safety standards.
Fire Safety
For best fire protection, our windows are evaluated in accordance with the Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials.
Forced Entry Resistance
To keep you and your family safe and secure, our Vi6 series pass the standard forced entry measures. Windows: ASTM F588 – Grade 10. Doors: AAMA 1304, 300 lb point load.
